Left, the Queenslanders have arrived, front, Ken, Rob (BMW K1200RS)
and Alwyn (FJR1300).

We had a good meal last night and did watch On Any Sunday.

Weather, perfect and getting more perfecter.
Too busy riding to post more   ;-)

Off to have breakfast----------

Here we are on Tuesday,  we had a big day with a fair bit of dirt and some fantastic sealed. Left, we are on Angora Range Rd going through a logging area.
Geoff (Narna) met us at breakfast. He's a local rider with a black 2009 9er.

Below, left we are at Swifts creek pub for a lunch, we had put the order in that morning and rung in when about 30 mins away so it was on the table when we arrived, fantastic.

Then off to Mt Nugong and the fire tower, below.
Below, left, Snigdog on the tower.

After the tower, we stopped at the Washington winch which is part of an old
timber harvesting method using cables and steam powered winch to pull
felled trees in from the bush.

A great ride home via the BIndi Road and Cassilis Road for an excellent meal
at the Golden Age and a good nights sleep. When we returned to Omeo
2 other riders had just arrived, "old Dave" and OzMoto.

Wednesday sees us on a fantastic ride out to Glen Wills Historic Area.
Lunch was had under the shade of a Coolabah tree. Perfect warm weather and looking forward to riding back the same way to Omeo before heading
off again over Mt Hotham.

On the way back we stopped at Hotham, first at  Danny's Lookout, next 3 pics, with me leaning on the sign (2 below)

We had to meet two riders at Bright (left) so went straight across to Bright.
They were Azza and BrentonG, after a cuppa (below) we headed back towards Hotham and Omeo.

Above and below, Rick's Pics.

And a bit further on at the Summit Carpark for a play in the snow.
Ken (from Queensland) has never seen snow but thats been fixed now.
Thats Rob, below left, throwing one at Ken while below, Ken has his first touch of the stuff.

Thursday saw a 6 bike team head off to McKillops Bridge via Limestone Rd to Black Mountain, below left at the Buchan River crossing at Wild Dog Flat which is a popular camping spot for brumby runners.
Below, arriving at the Snowy River Road.
Above left, a bit of a look on the way down to Mc Killops Bridge.

Above, down on the river.

Left, photo op on the bridge.

Below and below left, Little River Gorge on the way back to Snowy River road
from Mc Killops bridge. Awesome stuff and with good water flow thanks to recent rain.

From there its a great run down to Gelantipy, Buchan and Bruthen where
we met Alwyn and Rob who had ridden down from Omeo on the GAR.
